On monitization specifically around outcome-based pricing, how do you recommend customers and providers establish a mutual agreement on what constitutes 'success' ?
Since this model relies on trust and transparency, what specific steps or tools do you suggest to define, measure, and verify outcomes in a way that both parties feel confident and aligned.
We'll be putting out some guides in the near future. At the very least, you need to know for your own product what the value you're producing is. That means talking to your customers and understanding not just why they churn, but why they stay.
After you understand that, you can start communicating the actions and workflows you do for your customers, and then graduate towards outcomes when you know how to accurately define that success.
From there to monetization the path is then much more direct.
